• Masoor Dal (Red Lentils) – 1 cup
Yellow Moong Dal – 1/3 cup
• Oats – 1/2 cup
• Ginger – 1 inch
•Green Chilies – 3
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
• Small Beetroot piece
Salt – to taste
Oil – for cooking

Simple Steps:-
1. Wash Masoor Dal and Yellow Moong Dal 2-3 times. Soak for 1 hour. Wash and soak oats separately for 10 minutes.
