Ingredients:
sesame seeds-1 cup
jaggery-3/4 cup
water-3 tbsp
ghee-1 tsp
Procedure:
1-In a kadai add sesame seeds and dry roast till it pops.
2-Transfer to a plate,in a same kadai add jaggery and water ,cook in a low flame.
3-Once it completely melts,add ghee and mix,check the consistency by pouring a drop of syrup into a bowl of water ,if it breaks the consistency is right.
4-Now add the roasted sesame seeds into the syrup and mix until well coated with the syrup.
5-transfer to a greased tray and press with the spoon.
6-Immediately make cuts and allow it to cool.
7-once cooled separate into pieces.
