This is the only banana bread recipe you’ll ever need because not only is it fluffy and delicious, it’s also healthier for you! That’s because we are using olive oil instead of butter and maple syrup instead of sugar, and most importantly, we’re using less of both of those things. It’s not as sweet as some other recipes, but to me, that’s a good thing.

Since I discovered this recipe, I have not been able to stop making it! I have seriously made it every single week for a couple of months now.
