INGREDIENTS
2 cups 4% Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Low Sodium Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1/3 cup Chopped Peanuts

DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, add cottage cheese, peanut butter, and honey. Blend until smooth and fully combined.

Spoon the mixture evenly into six serving bowls.

Melt the chocolate chips with coconut in a separate bowl in the microwave at 30 second intervals. Stir in between until the chocolate is fully melted.

Spoon the chocolate onto each parfait and top with chopped peanuts.

Refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
