Low Calorie Weight loss lunch

Vegetable Pulao
Recipe:-
➡️chop vegetable of your choice
➡️add 1tsp oil in pressure cooker
➡️ put tadka add lots of vegetables ➡️ add in salt and spices mix it
➡️ cook on low flame for 5min
➡️ add paneer
➡️ add rice in very less amount
➡️ Add water till rice level
➡️ Close pressure cooker lid and put it on medium flame cook till 1 whistle wait for 10 min and then open and serve it with salad and raita
