Recipe
Cube one block of high protein tofu and toss with 1tsp of sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and 1tsp of sesame seeds. Toss onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
The dressing:
1/4 cup tahini, 1/4 cup ponzu, 2-3 tbsp agave
Add all ingredients to a mason jar & shake well
