✨Healthy Foxtail Millet Dosa✨
Breakfast Recipe
INGREDIENTS :
Foxtail millet – 2 cups
Brown Rice – 1 cup
Urad dal – 1/2 cup
Channa dal – 1/4 th cup
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – 1/2 ( Adjust as per batter consistency)
METHOD –
▪️In a bowl add foxtailmillet , brown rice , urad dal, Fenugreek seeds .
▪️Wash it thoroughly 3 times
▪️Soak 6- 7 hours
▪️Once soaked grind into smooth batter
▪️Ferment overnight
▪️Once fermented add salt , water as per consistency and mix well
▪️Pour on a hot tawa and spread it evenly
▪️Apply some oil and cook evenly
▪️Serve with Hot chutney
