It’s a short school day today, but I still want to make sure the boys have a healthy, filling lunch.
One gets a peanut butter sandwich on homemade bread—simple, protein-packed, and made with love.
The other has a warm, cheesy quesadilla—his favorite.
I’m adding sesame crackers for some crunch, fresh apple slices for a naturally sweet bite,
a low-sugar yogurt to keep things balanced, and string cheese for a little extra protein.
And of course, water bottles to keep them hydrated all day.
Easy, nourishing, and just enough to get them through the day with energy and smiles.
