PANTRY ITEMS
1) Zuchinni Relish
Zuchinni Relish

2)Pickled Hot Peppers
3) Home made Salsa
.FRESH In grediants From Garden
Hot pepper
Onion red or white or both
Garlic
Raw Spinach
Avocado
Sauteed in Coconut Oil
Homemade Feta (if you choose)
Store bought Items
Cheese Shredded (very little)
Tortilla (large) OR make your own
Tuna 4 cans
PREPARATION:
MIX….
Four cans Tuna
Real Mayo
Mix with Relish
~Keep t his mixture on the side
Saute………..(dice it up/cut it)
Onion
Garlic
Hot pepper
~Remove this mix and keep on side
Turn on Skillet
Take one big Tortilla
Place in Skillet
Place Tuna mix on Tortilla
NOW layer on top of tuna……
Onion Mix
Salsa
Cheese
A little Relish
Avocado
Fresh Spinach
Cover heat then flip half over and your done!!!!
