Ingredients
Hung Curd – 250 gms
Finely Chopped Carrot
Finely Chopped Onion
Finely Chopped Cabbage
Finely Chopped Capsicum
Finely Chopped Coriander
Finely Chopped Green Chilly
Salted Butter – 1 teaspoon
Pepper
Salt

Method
Take hung curd to a mixing bowl
Beat it well
Add salt
Add green chillies
Add coriander
Add pepper
Mix the mixture well
Add cabbage
Add onion
Add capsicum
Add carrot
Mix the mixture well
Spread some butter on brown bread
Spread the hung curd mixture evenly
Serve with mint chutney

You can even toast this sandwich on a pan!
