Ingredients:

1 cup Makhana (Fox Nuts)

10-12 Dates (seedless, soaked if dry)

¼ cup Cashews

¼ cup Almonds

2 cups Milk (you can use dairy or almond milk for a vegan version)

Method:

Soak cashews and ,dateor makhana almonds in warm milk for 15-20 mins.

Blend all ingredients into a smooth, creamy mixture.

Pour into a container and freeze for 6-8 hours.
