These spinach ‘tortilla’ wraps only have 3-4 ingredients, they’re healthy, and they’re easy to make!

They’re perfect for creating a sandwich for breakfast, lunch or dinner 🤤

Here’s how I made it:

1. To a blender, add 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of spinach and 1 egg and salt and pepper.

2. Blend these all together.

3. If your mixture is too thick, add up to 1/2 cup of water to the mixture until you have an almost crepe like consistency (easily spreadable in the pan)

4. Optional: spray a little oil on your non stick pan.

5. Cook your wraps in the pan for about 3 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

6. Add all your favourite sandwich ingredients and enjoy!! 🌱
