Evening Snacks Recipe I Easy & Healthy Breakfast
When you eat a healthy breakfast you gain the energy for the day and stay fit. I made Jowar Idli with Carrot Cabbage Rasam and it was so delicious that all were happy to enjoy. I used all ingredients easily available and that made me a healthy delicious breakfast at home.
Jowar flour, also known as sorghum flour, offers numerous health benefits, including digestive health, and good for weight management. It’s a good source of fiber & protein.
I tried this recipe and so I suggest you to try it at home.

Ingredients:
Jowar flour / sorghum flour : 1.5 cups
Suji : 1/2 cup
Curd : 1/2 cup
Water : as required
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Eno fruit salt : 1 tsp
Water : 1 tbsp
For Carrot Cabbage Rasam :
Toor Dal / Tuwar Dal : 1/2 cup
Finely chopped carrot : 1 No
Finely chopped cabbage : 1/2 cup
Water : as required
Turmeric powder : 1/2 +ts 1/2 tsp
Salt : to taste
Soaked tamatind juice : 1 tbsp
For Tempering / Tadka :
Oil : 2-3 tsp
Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
Dry red chillis : 2 Nos
Curry leaves : 1 stem
Asafoetida : pinch
Green chilli : 1 No
Coriander leaves : 1/4 cup
Rasam masala :
Coriander seeds : 2 tsp
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Black pepper : 1 tsp
Dry red chilli (Whole) : 2 Nos
Grated coconut : 2 tsp
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
