Bread Upma is a quick and easy to make snack recipe when you are short of time or you are out of ideas of what to cook quickly. It is also good for us to use our leftover bread in a healthy and nutritious way.
Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 4-5
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 seeds
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Onion chopped – 1/2 cup
Curry leaves – 8-10
Tomato – 1 chopped
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves or sev for garnish
