Ingredients (सामग्री) :
Moong Dal Sooji Idli (मूंग दाल सूजी इडली)

Main Ingredients:
1½ cup Moong Dal (मूंग दाल)

For Tadka (तड़का):
2 tbsp Oil (तेल)
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (सरसों)
½ tsp Cumin Seeds (जीरा)
2 tsp Udad Dal (उड़द दाल)
1 tbsp Chana Dal (चना दाल)
Pinch Hing (हींग)
8 to 10 Curry Leaves (कढ़ी पत्ता)
2 Large Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च)
1 tsp Ginger Paste (अदरक पेस्ट)
1 tbsp Chopped Cashew Nuts (काजू)
½ cup Grated Carrot, boiled & crushed (गाजर)
½ cup Green Peas or Capsicum (मटर या शिमला मिर्च)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी)
1 cup Sooji (सूजी)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)

For Grinding:
1 cup Thick Curd (गाढ़ा दही)

For Garnish:
Fresh Coriander (ताज़ा हरा धनिया)
10 to 12 Whole Cashew Nuts (साबुत काजू)
Tangy Tomato Chutney (टेंगी टमाटर चटनी)

For Chutney:
4 to 5 tbsp Oil (तेल)
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (सरसों)
1 tbsp Udad Dal (उड़द दाल)
1 tbsp Chana Dal (चना दाल)
Pinch Hing (हींग)
7 to 8 Curry Leaves (कढ़ी पत्ता)
6 to 8 Garlic Cloves (लहसुन की कलियां)
2 inch Ginger (अदरक)
1 Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
1 Onion (प्याज)
3 Tomatoes, halved (टमाटर)
1 tsp Sambhar Masala (सांभर मसाला)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
2 tsp Tamarind Pulp or Lemon Juice (इमली का गूदा या नींबू का रस)

For Serving:
Serve Idli (इडली) on Banana Leaf (केले का पत्ता) with Tomato Chutney (टमाटर की चटनी)
