🥪 Full Recipe:
Ingredients:

2 tbsp Suji (semolina)
2 tbsp Curd
1 tbsp Milk
1 small Onion (chopped)
1 small Tomato (chopped)
2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp Yellow Bell Pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/4 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
Butter (for toasting)
4 slices of Bread

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine onion, tomato, red/yellow bell peppers, capsicum, coriander, and chilli flakes.
Add suji, curd, milk, salt, and red chilli powder. Mix thoroughly.
Spread this mixture evenly on one side of the bread slices.
Heat a pan/tava and add butter.
Place the bread on the pan mixture-side down.
Apply butter to the other side of the bread.
Flip carefully once golden brown and crispy. Toast both sides evenly on low flame.
Once done, sandwich two slices together, cook a bit more if needed, then cut in half and serve hot!
