it is a sweet, tangy accompaniment that always gives you FoodComa. It goes pretty well with any Indian meal.
The season is about to change. We are almost done with winter now and I am glad that summer is arriving because I am all set to prepare various coolers, sides, main course dishes using the seasonal ingredients.
To prep it up in a better way, I am already getting some hands on trying umpteen recipes which even includes the usage of fruits which can be served as sides or accompaniments.
For instance, Mango Salsa and cucumber chaat are some of those combinations which have bestowed me delicious results.
Hence, I thought, why not start experimenting more with fruits? So, the other day, just like I had ideated the recipe for lip-smacking Amrood ki Chutney.

Use just ripened guavas to make this chutney. The slightly sour taste in them gives a very nice flavour to the chutney.
Tips to Make Best Amrood Ki Chutney :-
Do not over grind the chutney otherwise it will become pasty. We want a slightly coarser texture.
If garlic greens are not available, you can onion greens or even skip it.
Adjust the amount of green chilli according to your taste.
You can add fresh coconut to this chutney too.
