Bean Sprouts Salad with Spinach Recipe –
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Ching’s Secret Chili Vinegar
1 tablespoon Ching’s Secret Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Ching’s Secret Red Chili Sauce
½ bunch spinach leaves
½ cup of Bean Sprouts
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon toasted Sesame seeds.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:
Thoroughly wash the spinach leaves. Drain and keep aside. Wash the bean sprouts also and place them with the spinach. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
