I LOVE all things Baklava: warming spices, lots of crunchy pistachios and sticky medjool dates and have turned this into the BEST breakfast using the delicious sweetly caramelised flavour of @weetabixofficial baked with Lyle’s Golden Syrup ⭐️

This iconic duo is perfect for a GOLDEN start to the day. Made from wholegrain, good-for-you ingredients and fully vegan and dairy-free, this breakfast requires no overnight soaking and is so creamy 🌿

Baklava-Inspired Weetabix Jars 🌱☀️
(serves 2)
.
⭐︎crush four Weetabix baked with Lyle’s Golden Syrup into a bowl
⭐︎pour in 240ml plant milk + 120g thick coconut yoghurt
⭐︎add ½ tsp cinnamon + ¼ tsp cardamom or mixed spice + zest of ½ orange
⭐︎add in 2 chopped medjool dates + 20g crushed pistachios. Stir well and leave for 5 minutes
⭐︎add 1 tsp pistachio butter into 2 jars and spoon in some more yoghurt
⭐︎top with the Baklava Weetabix and serve with more yoghurt + pomegranate + pistachios
⭐︎grab a spoon and DIVE IN
