½ cup curd (dahi)

1 tbsp roasted besan

½ tsp haldi

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp pav bhaji masala

1 tsp kasuri methi

½ tsp coriander powder

Salt to taste

½ tsp cumin (jeera)

½ cup chopped onion

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

½ cup chopped tomato

½ cup chopped red and yellow bell peppers

½ cup mushrooms

½ cup grated/crushed paneer

Fresh coriander

Water as needed

Method (summarized):

1. Mix dahi, roasted besan, haldi, chilli, pav bhaji masala, kasuri methi, dhaniya powder, salt. Set aside.

2. Dry roast jeera and onion in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste.

3. Add the curd masala paste and sauté.

4. Add tomato, bell peppers, mushrooms and cook until soft.

5. Add paneer and little water. Mix and cook for 2–3 mins.

6. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with phulka.
