This recipe is about making a healthy Banana bars. We are not using any refined flour, just some oats and whole wheat flour. Overripe Banana’s add a lot of natural sweetness, but if its enough for you then a 1/4 cup brown sugar can be omitted. Bananas and chocolate go well together. Prep time will only 10-15 minutes.
This will be an excellent breakfast bar just to start your day on a healthy note!! or can be an afternoon snack or just to satisfy your sweet tooth. This is a very kid friendly recipe. They will enjoy them any time as an afternoon snack or even in their lunch box. This recipe is low in calories, sugar and fat.
