INGREDIENTS
– 40 g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
– 15 g (1 tablespoon) hazelnut butter (or almond/cashew butter)
– 2 to 4 teaspoons sweetener of your choice (see notes*)
– approximately 60-80 ml (1/4 to 1/3 cup) milk of your choice (see notes*)
METHOD
– In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder, hazelnut butter, sweetener of your choice and milk.
– Transfer to a glass container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days – before serving, recover the creamy texture by adding a little milk, if necessary.
