✨ What you’ll need:

– 300g frozen blueberries

– 2–3 tbsp chia seeds

– 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

– 1 tsp lemon juice

👩‍🍳 How to make it:

1. Pop the blueberries into a saucepan over medium heat and let them cook until they break down.
2. Gently mash with a fork or potato masher to your preferred texture.
3. Stir in the chia seeds and cook for another 1–2 minutes to thicken.
4. Add sweetener and lemon juice, stir, and remove from heat.
5. Let it cool for 5–10 minutes—it’ll thicken as it sets.
