Today’s recipe is a simple & healthy breakfast eggs with tomatoes & bell peppers. A delicious & great start for the new year’s weekend breakfast. Enjoy 🙂

Breakfast Eggs :

3 eggs
1 whole onion chopped
4 cherry tomatoes halved
80 gm Green Bell pepper chopped (1/3 cup)
1/2 teaspoon salt
White Pepper a dash

Serve with toast or just by itself 🙂
