When you are feeling a little hungry and want to eat something which is light, tasty yet healthy then you can have some salad or Chaat. You can use vegetables, Fruits or other Food Grains like Boiled Chickpeas or Steamed American Sweet Corn.
I used used following ingredients to make this Tangy Chaat/Salad.
Ingredients:
Boiled Chickpeas/Safead Chana : 1 Bowl
Chopped Tomato(Medium Sized) : 1
Chopped Apple : 1
Chopped Cucumber : 1
Chopped Onion(Medium Sized) : 1
Chopped Red Bell Pepper : 1/2
Chopped Capsicum : 1/4
Chopped Coriander Leaves : Handful
Chopped Green/Red Chillies : 1 each
Paneer cut into cubes : 50 gms
Lemon Juice : 2 Tbs
Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder : 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala Powder : 1 tsp
Deggi Mirach Powder : 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste

* Take a Bigger Bowl and mix all the above mentioned Boiled Chickpeas, Chopped Vegetables and Chopped Apple.
* Sprinkle above mentioned spices and add lemon juice in & mix them all well. A spoon of Honey would make it even more tastier.
