Salad Dressing
Walnuts – 3 nos
Mint leaves – a few
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon – 1/2
Curd – 1 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well to make the dressing.
Veggies for Salad
Boiled chana (chickpeas) – 1 cup
cucumber –1/2 cup
Green and red bell pepper – 1/4 cup each
Onion – 1/2 (chopped)
Tomato – 1 (chopped)
Lettuce – as needed
Coriander leaves – a handful
Take a bowl and combine all the veggies. Add the salad dressing and mix well. Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve with love.
