I like to taste it twice and add ingredients as needed, since i don’t measure the weight of my beets normally.
Ingredients:
3–4 roasted beets
Juice of 1 lemon (or two if you want!)
2-3 tbsp tahini
3–6 raw garlic cloves
1–2 tsp harissa
Salt, black pepper, white pepper to taste
Generous drizzle of olive oil
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Adjust seasoning to your preference. Serve with warm pita or fresh veggies if you want too!
