Ingredients:
Paneer 200 Gms
Oil 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
Cloves 3-4
Cinnamon Stick 1 Small
Green Cardamom 3 (only seeds)
Onion 1 Large
Tomatoes 4 large
Coriander Powder 1 large Tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Salt to Taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 large Tsp
Mellon Seeds 2 tbs
Raisins 1 Tsp
Dry Fenugreek Leaves Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
