This guilt-free pudding is perfect for kids, parents, or anyone who just wants a little healthy sweetness in their day🤩
✨Ingredients✨
* 1 cup roasted makhana (fox nuts)
* 8-10 cashews
* 6-7 almonds(peeled)
* 4-5 dates(seedless)
* 1.5 cups hot milk
* brown bread slices(I used white bread) (crusts removed)
* 1 cup mango puree
* chopped almonds and pistachios(for garnish)
Method✍️
1. Soak makhana, cashews, almonds and dates in hot milk for 1 hour.
2. Blend the soaked mixture into a smooth paste.
3. Chop mangoes and make a puree.
3. Cut circles out of brown bread slices using a cutter or lid.
4. In a serving bowl or glass, layer mangoes puree.
5. Place a bread circle on top of the puree.
6. Spread a layer of the prepared paste evenly over the bread.
7. Sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
8. Repeat with another bread layer and more paste on top.
9. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to let the layers soak and set.
10. Garnish with pistachios and fresh mango before serving.
