High Protein Crepes (GF approved 😏💪) My girlfriend loves crepes, but she’s been super consistent in the gym lately — and I’m not about to mess with her progress. So we made this high protein, low calorie version that’s perfect for fat loss and muscle gain. Super easy to make and so good it feels like dessert.
✅ 1 egg
✅ 120ml almond milk
✅ 20g vanilla protein powder
✅ 15g oat flour
✅ Splash of vanilla extract or sweetener of choice (I used morenutrition chunky)
Topping/Filling options:
✅ 30g chocolate (hazelnut) protein powder
✅ 50g banana
✅ 50g strawberries
For the filling, you can use Greek yogurt or mix protein powder with a little water until it’s creamy. Add some fruit, drizzle the rest of the mix on top — done.
These crepes are packed with protein, taste amazing, and don’t mess up your diet.
