Weight Loss Dessert: A High Protein Tiramisu Cheesecake You’ll Love (No Bake & Eggless) 😘 😘

This is one dessert recipe that’s super easy to make and will stay in your memory for a lifetime! Follow my recipe, and you’ll have a delicious, high-protein treat that’s ideal for weight watchers. It’s the perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet cravings in a healthier way.
Ingredients & calories ( serves 2-3)
– Milk (I curdled 1 liter of milk and used half of the paneer that was made from it).
– 1-2 tbsp Vinegar or Lemon juice
– Cold water
– 70-75g fresh paneer/cheese (homemade or store-bought)
– 2 tbsp Hung curd
– 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract optional
– 1-2 tsp Honey or any sweetener
– 1/2 tbsp Coffee-
decoction (coffee + water + stevia)
– 2 Rice cakes (bread or healthy biscuits)
– Cocoa or coffee powder for sprinkling
Total calories- 339
Protein- 16.7g
Fats- 17g
Carbs- 26g
Fibre- 1.1g
Instructions-
1. Heat milk, add vinegar or lemon juice to curdle, drain, and rinse with cold water.
2. Blend curdled milk, hung curd, vanilla extract, and honey.
3. Prepare coffee and water decoction.
4. Use rice cakes (or your choice of biscuits) for the base.
5. Layer rice cakes and cream cheese mixture, refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
6. Top with cocoa or coffee powder and enjoy!
