RECIPE OF COLD CHICKEN SANDWICHES:
Hard boiled eggs : 2
Boiled Shredded chicken: 1 cup
Finely chopped carrots: 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped cucumber: 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise: 3-4 tablespoon
Cream cheese: 2 tablespoons
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mash the hard-boiled eggs in a mixing bowl using a fork or chop them finely.
2. Boil the chicken with salt and pepper, add the boiled shredded chicken to the eggs and mix well.
3. Add the finely chopped carrots and cucumber to the mixture.
4. Mix in the mayonnaise and cream cheese until the filling becomes smooth and well combined.
5. Sprinkle in the black pepper and salt, then mix again.
6. Spread the prepared mixture onto slices of bread.
7. Cover with another slice of bread to form a sandwich.
8. Trim the edges if desired, and cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters.
9. Serve chilled and enjoy.
