Let’s make a nice and healthy cake with no added sugar, no gluten, no butter.
Just mix oats, bananas, blueberries, no gluten flour, coconut oil, mix dried fruits, cinnamon, baking soda and enjoy a treat with no guilt when you starve for a cake.

Ingredients:

– 2 bananas
– 2 eggs
– vanilla extract
– same volume ( bottom of my graduation pyrex to 200g ) of oats, no gluten flour, dried fruits, blueberries.
– 1 tsp of cinnamon
– 1 tsp of baking soda
– 3 tbsp of coconut oil

Dispose in a cake tin, heat the oven at 180°, 350°F around, gas mark 4 and bake during 40 to 50 min or when the knife come clean from the cake.
