Ingredients
– 1 cup dahi
– ½ cucumber (chopped)
– ½ bell pepper (chopped)
– 1 onion (chopped)
– 1 tomato (chopped)
– 1 cup boiled/sprouted kale chane
– 1 tbsp anaar ke daane
– 1 tbsp baked sev
Spices & Seasoning
– Salt (to taste)
– ½ tsp red chilli powder
– ½ tsp chaat masala
– ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dressing
1. In a bowl, add dahi, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and black pepper.
2. Mix well until smooth.
Step 2: Assemble the Salad
1. Add cucumber, bell pepper, onion, tomato, and boiled kale chane to the dressing.
2. Mix everything properly so that all veggies are well coated.
Step 3: Garnish & Serve
1. Sprinkle anaar ke daane and baked sev on top for extra crunch.
2. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious, protein-packed salad!
