Homemade Healthy Paneer Chilli
Ingredients:
For Shallow fried Paneer:
100 gms Paneer
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 TSP Cornflour
1 TBSP Oil
Other ingredients:
1 TSP Butter
2-3 cloves of garlic
1-2 green chillies (optional)
1 TSP Cornflour/Maida
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1 TBSP Coriander
Spices:
Salt to taste
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
1/2 TSP Chilli flakes
1/2 TSP Mixed Herbs
1/2 TSP Maggi Masala
A pinch of Red chilli powder
Method:
In a bowl, combine paneer cubes, salt, pepper and cornflour. Mix well, ensure paneer is well coated with the cornflour
In a pan, heat some oil, add the paneer cubes and shallow fry until they are crispy and golden brown. Transfer to a bowl
In the same pan, add butter, garlic, green chilli, saute for a minute on medium flame
Add hot water and spices, mix, cook until the sauce becomes thick
Add the paneer cubes, mix and cook for 1 minute. Top with fresh coriander
Serve warm!
