Viral Cucumber Salad
Make this chilled curd salad bowl your new best friend! 🥒❄️
It’s creamy, spicy, tangy & SO refreshing — perfect for clean eating days!
🛒 Ingredients (add one by one):
-1 cup thick curd
-½ tsp red chilli powder
-½ tsp black salt
-½ tsp chaat masala
-½ tsp coriander powder
-Salt to taste
-1 tsp honey
-1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
-1 tbsp mint leaves (chopped)
-1 tsp sesame seeds
-1 large cucumber (sliced with a peeler)
🥄 How to Make:
-Add curd to a bowl.
-Mix in all the spices, honey, coriander, mint, and sesame seeds.
-Peel cucumber into thick ribbons and add to the curd mix.
-Toss well and serve chilled.
-Garnish with more coriander & sesame seeds.
