Ingredients:
– baby lettuce
– Cherry tomatoes
– Red onions
– Sourdough bread
– Chicken
– Parmesan cheese
– Ceaser sauce

For crutons :
– cut sourdough bread slices into bite sized cubes. Sauté with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika & parmesan cheese until these turn golden brown & crispy.
For chicken:
– lightly marinade the chicken (tenders) with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley & garlic powder.
– Sear on both sides until juicy and tender.
– Cut into bite sized pieces.

– chop the veggies as you please, plate everything, and finally serve with ceaser dressing & grated parmesan cheese on top.
