Ingredients:
1 cup chopped spinach
1 oz cheddar cheese
3 tbsp crumbled bacon (or meat of choice)
1 cup blended cottage cheese
4 eggs
Coat your baking dish in avocado oil, combine all ingredients & baked in the oven in 350 for 20-30 minutes. When it stops jiggling it’s done. Add whatever seasonings you desire, I did salt, pepper and garlic. Love you. 🖤✊
