It is triple washed but wash for freshness

Chop the onions with food processor

Turn the heat on to mid / high

Stir

Add half of the Spinach

Sprinkle it with

Crushed Black Pepper
Red Chili Pepper

Add the rest of the Spinach
And put the lid on

Cook 5 more minutes.

On side prepare Yogurt Sause…

Yogurt Sause
Grate One Garlic Clove in a Cup
Add Fine Salt
Add some yogurt
Stir with Fork
Add water if necessary
