3-ingredient Mango Sorbet | Healthy Recipes

Ingredients:
1¼ cups (6.5 oz / 185 g) frozen mango cubes

1¼ cups (6.5 oz / 185 g) frozen pineapple chunks

¼ cup (½ dl) 100% pineapple juice

Tip: Use ripe, naturally sweet fruit for best flavor. No added sugar needed!

🌀 Instructions:
Add ingredients to blender
Place the frozen mango cubes, frozen pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice into a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth
Blend on high until the mixture becomes thick, creamy, and smooth. Pause and scrape down the sides if needed.

Serve immediately
Scoop into bowls or glasses and serve right away for a soft-serve texture.

Optional: For firmer sorbet, freeze the blended mixture for 1–2 hours, then scoop.
