I know this video is a bit (a lot) shorter than my usual vlogs but i just couldn’t wait to share these few days with you.

ballerina bootcamp is all about staying in shape during the summer and sometimes that looks like running, pilates, stretching, eating clean, and walking instead of going to ballet class. the summer is busy and it’s no guarantee that we can set aside 2 hours to go to class every day. i hope you get some ideas of how to stay in shape while travelling, socializing, and just living life!
