We used @egglifefoods wraps, juicy chicken tenders, BBQ chips for crunch, and a homemade honey mustard sauce for that classic Snack Wrap taste! Each wrap is packed with 21g of protein and only 175 calories, so you can hit your protein goals and still enjoy every bite.

INGREDIENTS:

1 package @egglifefoods wraps (8 wraps)

1 lb chicken tenders

½ bag @thegoodcrispcompany BBQ chips

4 oz lite shredded cheddar cheese

Shredded lettuce

2 eggs

¼ cup honey

¼ cup Dijon mustard

Avocado oil spray

Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:

Crush BBQ chips for the crispy coating.

Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with chips.

Air fry at 400°F for 16–18 min (or bake at 425°F for 18–22 min).

Mix honey and Dijon for the sauce.

Build your wrap with lettuce, cheese, chicken, and sauce—fold and enjoy!
