Burrito Bowl🫶🏻(detailed recipe👇🏼)

I N G R E D I E N T S :

1) Refried Beans –
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 bowl boiled Rajma
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp oregano

2) Herbed Rice
1 tsp olive oil
Some fresh coriander
1 bowl boiled rice
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chilli flakes

3) Sautéed/Fajita Veggies
1 tsp garlic chilli oil
Bell peppers
Broccoli
French Beans
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp salt

4) Grilled Paneer/Tofu
100gm Paneer (per portion)
– grill in same pan in which you cooked veggies for amazing flavour !!

5) Sour Cream
1 cup hung curd
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
– hung curd in muslin cloth for 6hrs or overnight for better texture!!

6) Salsa
3 tomato
2 onions
2 green chilli
2 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp olive oil
Fresh coriander
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp salt

– One Serving Portion Size (35g protein)
5 tbsp cooked herbs rice
1 bowl cooked fajitas veggies
3 tbsp refried beans
100gm grilled paneer
2 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp sour cream
