Made with soaked quinoa, yellow moong dal, and veggies — this one-pot meal is easy to digest and great for growth, energy, and weight gain.

Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp quinoa (soaked 1–2 hrs)
• 1 tbsp yellow moong dal (soaked)
• 1/4 cup chopped veggies (carrot, lauki, beans)
• 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
• A pinch of turmeric
• 1 tsp ghee
• Water as needed

Steps:
1. Heat ghee + cumin
2. Add soaked dal & quinoa, sauté
3. Add veggies + water + turmeric
4. Pressure cook 2–3 whistles
5. Mash well and serve warm
