📌 Ingredients:
2 cups Makhana (fox nuts)
1 tbsp ghee or oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig fresh curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
A pinch of chaat masala (optional)
👩🍳 Method:
Roast makhana in a pan till crisp.
In the same pan, add ghee and mustard seeds.
Add curry leaves and sauté till crisp.
Mix in turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
Add roasted makhana and toss well.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot!
