INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup coffee
2 plain or chocolate rice cakes
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (I used low fat)
1 scoop chocolate mocha protein powder (I used @legion code 2XW)
Optional: sweetener of choice I used @truvia liquid stevia
Optional topping: powdering of cacao powder and chocolate flakes
DIRECTIONS
•Mix your yogurt, protein powder and sweetener (if desired)
•Pour some coffee in a shallow bowl and soak two rice rices about 5-10 seconds on each side until softened
•Create layers and top with cocoa powder and chocolate If desired!

Total calories for one: 306
Protein: 39g
Carbs: 25g
Fat: 3g
