Beet roots is a very healthy vegetable which helps in weight loss management as they are high in fiber , they are a good for cell development as they are a good source of folate, they are good source of Manganese , vitamin C and Nitrates which makes them heart healthy and perfect for glowing skin.
These are good for salads , vegetables and dips and can be added to your Snacks ,Breakfast , Lunch or dinner recipes.

There are multiple problems that Diettubeindia is highlighting which are addressed in the pickled Beets recipe shared on my channel.
1st is that it’s a root vegetable so it contains hevy metals and pesticides, so the solution is washing it thoroughly
It has Oxalic acid which may hinder calcium absorption and may lead to Kidney stones if not consumed in moderation.
Its harmful especially if consumed in large quantities, so when consuming be cautious to consume in moderation.
But if you have tendency to develop kidney stones/IBS be sure that :
1) You soak them before consuming.
2) You wash them thoroughly
3) Boil them or add to boiling water as we have done in the recipe.
4) Pickling them in Vinegar also helps reduce oxalate levels slightly
