This is a creamy low-carb, low-calorie chicken recipe. It’s super easy to make, just mix and bake. It’s a great option for dinner or lunch. 📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 10.5oz/300g cooked and shredded chicken (about 2 ¼ cups)

– 1 tomato
– 1/2 onion
– 2 garlic cloves
– 5.6 oz/ 160g natural yogurt (about ⅔ cup) (https://youtu.be/ngyufhP9Cfs)
– 1/3 cup corn
– 1/2 carrot
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 0.7oz/20g light mozzarella (about ¼ cup)
Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Makes 4 servings, each with approximately 210 calories, 6g of carbohydrates (1.5g of fiber), 27g of protein, and 7g of fat.
