Ingredients
Base
* 6 tbsp chia seeds
* ¾ cup hot water
* ¾ cup milk
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Peanut Butter
* 1 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein powder
* 1 tsp cocoa powder
* Topping: greek yogurt mixed with cocoa powder + maple syrup, choc chips, PB
Mango
* Top with diced fresh mango and vanilla yogurt
1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, hot water, milk, and vanilla. Stir well then let sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to activate and absorb the water. It may seem very liquidy at first, but will thicken within ~5 min.
2. Once chia seeds are pudding consistency, divide between jars and add desired mix ins + toppings like above. Enjoy!
