Wash the Daliya and dry it
Cut vegetables in small pieces
Put jeera and onion ,garlic,ginger green chillies in oil
Kashmiri redchilly,haldi,jeera and dhaniya Powder,garam masala,chat masala.
Now put all the vegetables stir fry,put Tomatoes,salt and sugar to taste
After frying put washed Daliya
Put little water and cover the lid for 5 minutes
Garnish with corriendor leaves
